While washing specialist technical apparel in regular laundry detergents might leave them looking clean, it can damage the performance of the garment.

Standard liquid or powder-based laundry detergents often contain heavy surfactants, softeners, optical brighteners, perfumes, and various other additives which become embedded in the garment.

While these additives have a specific function in standard laundry items, for technical waterproof clothing these additives will act as wetting agents, masking the original DWR treatment applied to your garment as well as effecting the performance of any subsequent reproofing.

The Muc-Off Technical Wash for Apparel has been formulated to effectively remove dirt and residues from performance textiles without impacting any breathability, helping to maintain a garments’ existing DWR as well as providing a clean residue-free base for effective re-proofing.

All customers receive an online tracking number when their order is dispatched, which enables them to track the location of their delivery online.

Our UK delivery charges remote areas such as Shetland and Highlands. For all other destinations, please add your items to the shopping cart on the website and calculate the delivery costs to your destination.

UK Delivery Times

Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day dispatch.

Please allow 1-2 working days from your order within the UK and for deliveries outside the UK please allow 5-7 working days.

Next working day delivery cut off time is 13:00.

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the following Working Day.

Ireland and Scotland delivery can take a extra day depending on your location.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday- If you have paid for Next working day delivery then your delivery will be due on the Tuesday.

UK Delivery Charge

All orders over £100 are delivered FREE of charge. Orders under £100 are charged at £4.99.

European Delivery

Since 1 July 2021, most goods to the EU (including gifts) are now subject to VAT and potentially a clearance fee. The taxes and duties applied depend on the individual contents of the parcel, the weight and the value.
